Personal data should be handled with care.

The public website is hosted by Netlify. The planned public ViaSign API address is api.viathorne.com and is planned as a single service in Render's Singapore region. Render routes public web-service traffic through Cloudflare for security and DDoS protection. The API is not yet publicly enabled; deployment remains separately gated.

When you press the tester button, the sentence is sent over HTTPS in the request body to the public parser. It is not placed in the URL. The ViaSign application does not persist the sentence or parser response, echo sentence content in its public response, intentionally print their bodies to application logs, send them to analytics, or use them for training, benchmarks, feedback, or publication. The browser receives a review-required prototype response with input mode and a few closed surface categories. These categories are not SgSL grammar or translation.

Render and Cloudflare may still process normal network and technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service, including the network address. ViaSign disables its own Uvicorn access log and keeps the sentence in the JSON body so it is not intentionally included in normal request-log fields. Exact provider configuration, fields, and retention must be reverified before any public activation.

To reduce simple abuse, ViaSign converts the network address immediately into a randomly keyed digest held only in process memory. The limiter keeps no raw address, sentence, or permanent identifier. Inactive entries expire after ten minutes, all entries disappear when the process restarts, and people sharing one household, school, workplace, VPN, mobile carrier, or community network may share the same allowance.

Viathorne does not sell personal information. Information may be handled through normal service providers used for the website, hosting, email, security, development, or communication.

If required by law, safety, security, or abuse-prevention needs, information may need to be used or disclosed to respond appropriately.

Messages and feedback may be kept while they are useful for replying, improving the project, maintaining records, or handling safety, security, legal, or operational needs.

If the ViaSign tester is enabled, ViaSign keeps no stored sentence record to retrieve or delete. Its in-memory rate-limit digest expires after ten minutes of inactivity or when the process restarts. Provider-controlled technical records follow the configuration and retention policy that must be reverified before activation.

For a tester-related privacy concern, share an approximate date and time rather than repeating the sentence. Viathorne can investigate and use the deletion controls the provider makes available, but cannot promise early deletion of infrastructure records outside its direct control.
